Hello! What’s going on today? Today’s look is inspired by a something that is making a comeback – chokers. Chokers were a fashion statement in the 90’s. I had a few chokers but I retired them. Now 90s fashion is coming back in some ways. Lately I have been seeing A-list celebs like Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner, and others sporting chokers. I have even seen models layering a thin choker with a thicker choker for style. The cool thing about chokers, is that they give an edginess to any outfit. I think it is hilarious that chokers are in right now. But to steal a line from Miss Swift some things “never go out of style”. Fashion has a way of coming back in different ways throughout the generations.
For this 90s fashion inspired look, I even took consideration into my makeup look. I paired my choker with edgier makeup to complete my 90’s vibe. I went with a heavy eye look and softer pink lips. This super feminine outfit with the edgier details is a nice juxtapose that I had fun playing with. The blouse is lightweight and comfy. It has drawstring details on the side so you can make it more fitted or keep it loose. The blush colored skirt is a perfect spring shade. In pictures it looks white but it is a blush pink. The skirt is great quality and comfy but also affordable. You can’t beat that. I finished the look with simple white heels that complete the whole look. The white heels can go with lots of different outfits. They are totally appropriate for spring. I hope you enjoyed this post.
