Happy weekend friends! Do you have an office party or a dinner to go to this holiday season? Today I’m sharing a dressy casual outfit with a classic red blazer and velvet cami for the season.
Holidays parties and events are fun to dress up for but sometimes you can get stumped on what to wear. I tend to be extreme with my holiday outfit choices. I’m either in a basic red sweater or a sparkle dress. There’s no in between lol. But there’s plenty of dinner parties or work related events where you want to look professional yet festive. The outfit I’m wearing is a great option for those type of in between attire events.
Blazers always make even a basic tee look put together. But pairing a velvet cami with a blazer suddenly makes it holiday style approved. Velvet is a staple material for holiday fashion. I love this pretty emerald green velvet cami. It comes in several colors to style. I’m wearing XS. The straps are Aldo’s adjustable which is extremely helpful! This cami is on sale.
You can never go wrong with red for the holidays. My red blazer is one of my favorites. I have it in black and I wear it all the time. It’s a Boyfriend Style so it’s longer. I love the cut. It also fits true to size and is on sale right now.
Last but not least adding in gold or silver accessories for a holiday outfit is perfect. I personally gravitate towards gold accessories for the holiday season. I feel it’s warmer and pops more especially with green and red. I mean the gold pumps I’m wearing are so fun and add that perfect festive touch to the outfit!
